Brixworth Girls is for girls aged 11-18 who have experience of playing cricket or who want to learn to play. The Girls train and play on a Thursday night from 6 - 7.30 at The Dallas Burston Ground, starting on the 4th April alongside the Ladies players.

Our sessions offer both softball and hardball cricket, softball cricket is a great way to start your journey into cricket which doesn’t need pads and helmets. Hardball cricket is the traditional form of cricket you see on TV.

All girls at secondary school age are welcome to the Thursday night sessions, whether this is the first time you have tried cricket or whether you have played before. Coaches will run sessions for both groups side by side and players can move from one to the other.

We will enter competitions throughout the year, in 2019 we entered about ten softball tournaments across Northants between May and October with a few winter indoor tournaments.Hardball games will be against other Northants girls clubs and will be confirmed soon.

Players can come for a couple of weeks to try out before committing to membership of the girls club.
